Prices

Registration closes on October 1st, roughly one month before the event. All payments must have been completed before this date or your registration will be cancelled. Day tickets, however, can be bought as late as October 24th, one week in advance. Do note, however, that you should register as soon as possible, to enable the team to prepare your badges, and enough conbooks.

Payment

Upon receiving the registration validation email, you have 10 days to proceed with a minimal down-payment of 100 €, and have the option of paying in up to 3 instalments. The full payment must be completed within 2 months following your registration.

Be sure to check your spam mailbox, if you didn't get an email!

Residential package

The residential tickets include access to the convention and common areas from October 31st until November 4th, conbadge, and conbook.

We also decided to make it easier for everyone and negotiate a deal with the hotel to have both breakfast AND dinner buffet (unlimited noms and drinks!) included in the package. We can’t cuddle and party on empty stomachs, after all!

Residential tickets

There is also the option of attending the convention one day less, excluding Wednesday October 31st, reducing the full price by 70 €.

Non-residential tickets

Non-residential tickets will also be available, enabling access to the convention and common areas on selected day(s) from 10:00 until the end of the last event of the day, late at night.

Do note that meals are not included in the day tickets, but you can make a reservation for Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner at the hotel reception. For more information and prices, check the hotel website.

Check-in/out Info

On Wednesday October 31st, you will be able to check in to your room from 15:30, giving the hotel time to prepare all rooms.

On the final day, November 4th, we are expected to be checked out no later than 12:00.

Payment methods

As of this edition, we have implemented the Ingenico ePayment system, which allows you to pay safely with Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard), Debit Card (Bancontact, Maestro) or with the use of classic bank transfer.

If you use bank transfers, don't forget to mention your First- and Last Name, and registration number in the communication field of your bank transfer so we can identify you.
